My Journey to Getting Back in Shape! 💪✨I used to be incredibly active—climbing, jumping, and lifting my giant dog with zero effort! But after spending a few years mostly sitting and focused on other life goals, my overall flexibility and stamina took a major backseat.Right now, even basic workouts are a real challenge for me (seriously, a few slow squats feel like a marathon!).
